Description
SGR is seeking a professional and experienced Training Coordinator to join our innovative and dynamic team! Strategic Government Resources exists to help local governments become more successful by recruiting, assessing, and developing innovative, collaborative, authentic leaders. Primary services provided by SGR include: executive recruitment, interim management placements, candidate and employee assessments, live and online training, executive coaching, executive team development and governing body retreats.

The Training Coordinator will play a key role in supporting all training and development business lines including: providing support via phone and email, processing training orders, conducting a variety of administrative work related to the booking and delivery of live and online training, and the continued review and improvement of all business line processes. Successful candidates must embrace a fast-paced environment that evolves quickly, enjoy working within parameters/structure, and be self-driven and proactive.

Required Qualifications: Demonstrated customer service via phone or email and/or account management experience, ability to master new software quickly, and excellent writing skills.

Compensation and Location: $16/hour, and is located at SGR’s satellite office in Bala Cynwyd, PA near St Joseph’s University. Office hours are flexible and should not surpass 30 hours/week.
